Mama Fratelli is the main antagonist of the 1985 live-action Warner Bros. film The Goonies.
She is the matriarch of the Fratelli family and is a greedy criminal who wants to get One-Eyed Willie's treasure, and is willing to do anything and kill anyone to get it.
She was portrayed by the late Anne Ramsey.

What Makes Her Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- She broke her son, Jake, out of prison and helped light the prison on fire.
- She abused her youngest son, Sloth, for years due to him being deformed (which only happened because she constantly dropped him as a child). She was also abusive to Jake and Francis albeit to a much lesser degree.
- She threatened to cut out Mouth's tongue after he made a small joke.
- She attempts to use a blender to cut off Chunk's hand.
- After the Goonies found One-Eyed Willie's treasure, she ties them all up, steals the treasure, and forces them to walk the plank, starting with Andy. This would have resulted in their deaths since their hands and feet were tied, meaning they would have drowned.
- While she has a couple of comedic moments, she is still taken seriously by the narrative.
What Prevents Her from Being Pure Evil?[]
- While it's made very clear that she doesn't care about Sloth, she actually does care about her two other sons, Francis and Jake.
