His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Close to Being Pure Evil?[]
- Tried to make a deal with John Constantine to usurp the Triumvirate of Hell in exchange for his soul.
- Once Constantine refused his side of the deal, Neron started hunting him for years on end to get revenge.
- When Desmond offered his soul to Neron to save Constantine, the latter sends Neron to Hell, Desmond is forced to go with him.
- Even after his deal with Desmond, Neron completely ignored him and still continued to hunt down Constantine, even attacking him in his apartment.
- He possessed Desmond to walk on Earth.
- Began working with Henry Heywood, the financier of the Time Bureau, on Project Hades, to capture fugitive creatures that escaped from Mallus' dimension so he could use them to terrorize mankind into giving up their souls.
- Due to his association with the Time Bureau, he is directly responsible for them imprisoning the fugitives in rather inhumane conditions.
- After Hank had a change of heart about Project Hades and tried to part ways with him, Neron brutally killed him and told him he was no longer needed for his plan, then framing Nora Dahrk for his murder.
- Taunted Constantine about his failures while in the form of Desmond.
- Attacked Ava Sharpe in her home and brought her to a hotel to be possessed.
- He induced rage and anger in everyone around him just for his own amusement.
- Admits to Nate that he killed his father and laughs while trying to guilt trip Nate into thinking he was responsible for his father's death.
- Attempted to make a deal with Nora Dahrk. If she would become a body vessel, he would revive her father.
- After Nora is revealed to have tricked him, Neron secretly possesses Ray.
- To complete his possession of Ray, Neron tries to get him to kill someone he loves, even trying to goad him into doing it.

- Brings Constantine to Stonehenge to show him why magical creatures and humans hate each other just so Constantine will open a portal to Hell to free Tabitha.
- Attempted to attack Constantine, only being thwarted by the Legends' arrival.
- After summoning Tabitha, he captures Mona Wu and escapes.
- His ultimate plan is revealed. He starts using peoples' fear of magical creatures to make them download an app to protect them except they would also give away their soul to him as well.
- He made the innocent creatures look like monsters, including Mona Wu, just to further make his plan work.
- Forced Nora to watch him plan for her almost killing him.
- After being disappointed only two thousand people so far had downloaded the app, he decided to unleash the magical creatures in public so more people would download the app and give him their souls. If his plan works, he'll condemn thousands of people to Hell just for power.
- After Tabitha's death, he used her staff to open the gates of Hell just to destroy the Legends.
- Strangled Nate (disguised as Constantine) to death (although he was later revived).
- Although the Arrowverse has rather high Heinous Standards, Neron manages to stand out on his own. By tricking people into downloading his app, he would have gained the souls of thousands of people and condemned them to Hell, a fate worse than death, just so he could have enough power to overthrow the current Triumvirate of Hell.
What Prevents Him from Being Pure Evil?[]
- He genuinely loves his girlfriend Tabitha. He went to great lengths to free her from Hell and is happy to see her again. When she's killed by the Legends, he's enraged and attempts to kill them by summoning a portal from Hell.
