Paranormal Near Pure Evil villains are beings that cannot be explained and reasoned with science. These beings are considered to be "beyond normal" for going against science and reason. Paranormal beings have powers that they use to their advantages.

They often overlap with Horror Near Pure Evils due to their nature, but not always (e.g. Dark Danny).
