Flag Smashers' Political Ultimatum[]
Following the Blip, the Global Repatriation Council set up a refugee camp in Tunisia. In 2024, the Flag Smashers targeted the camp on their campaign.[1]
Rescue of Captain Vassant[]

Falcon on his mission
In 2024, Falcon was contracted for a mission by the United States Air Force to rescue Captain Vassant, a military liaison whose plane had been hijacked by LAF, a criminal organization who intended to kidnap him. He was aided by Airman JoaquĂn Torres who provided ground support. Using his EXO-7 Falcon, Falcon flew up to the aircraft and fought the hijackers, including Georges Batroc, and successfully rescued Vassant.

After rescuing Vassant, Wilson and Torres went to a nearby town to a café. After getting seated outside, Wilson was thanked for his service by a man whose wife was resurrected in the Blip. He then began repairing Redwing, which was damaged during the fight, and was informed by Torres about the Flag Smashers organization.[2]
