"I take it they're not friendly."
"Goodness, no. Sorry about this, boys. Mission over. Cause of death, one hundred kill-thirsty Deadpools. They're dumb. But they can fight."
―Wolverine and Nicepool[src]

The Deadpool Corps is a team comprised of multiple Variants of Deadpool who were exiled to the Void. They serve as allies of Cassandra Nova.

History[]

This section requires expansion

Banished in the Void[]

Many Variants of Deadpool were identified by the Time Variance Authority and were pruned and exiled to the Void. In this desolate realm, these Variants encountered one another and chose to band together for survival against Alioth, the colossal entity that devours beings in the Void. They formed the Deadpool Corps, a group led by Ladypool, and continued their lives as mercenaries. Many members of the Corps took on various codenames to distinguish themselves from other members.

The Deadpool Corps encountered Nicepool and Dogpool at some point. Although Nicepool did not always work within the Corps itself, he had spent enough time with them to understand their ways of life, and recognize individual members.

At a later stage, the Deadpool Corps allied with Cassandra Nova. In exchange for maintaining their freedom and autonomy, they agreed to serve her interests.[2]

Preservation of Earth-10005[]

As part of their alliance with Nova, the Deadpool Corps were ordered to travel to Earth-10005. Their mission was to stall Deadpool and Wolverine in order to buy enough time for Nova to gain access to the Time Ripper. They were joined by Nicepool, who warned Deadpool of the dangers of the Corps. Nicepool was later killed by the corps after Deadpool used him as a human shield. Dogpool was also used as a shield, as the Deadpool Corps refused to shoot her, citing their love for the dog. Deadpool and Wolverine took down the Deadpool Corps, not knowing whether the members had a healing factor.

The battle happened along a street, with a bus being destroyed by the chaos. Once Deadpool and Wolverine had finished off all of the Corps but Babypool, the infant laughed as his allies regenerated. As the Deadpool Corps prepared for another battle, they were interrupted by Peter Wisdom, who was donning Deadpool's old suit. Once Kidpool identified Wisdom, the Deadpool Corps started to cheer for him, saying that every Deadpool has a Peter in their universe.[2]
