Sir Weston, the Chilly Climber (つめたいとざんしゃ アルプ, Tsumetai Tozansha Arupu^?) is a Portrait Ghost located in Area Four in the Basement area of the mansion of Luigi's Mansion and its Nintendo 3DS version. He is the only Portrait Ghost who appears on the Basement floor.

After collecting the key from the Armory, Luigi will enter the Cold Storage and must fight Sir Weston. To defeat him. Luigi must melt the ice after lighting the two firewoods. To light them, he must suck up the Fire Elemental Ghost. After lighting the firewoods, Sir Weston will be vulnerable to the Poltergust 3000. This portrait ghost is difficult to capture, since the ground is frozen over and Luigi will be slipping and sliding on the ground. After the difficult battle, Luigi will receive the key to the Artist Studio.
