HIM is the main antagonist in the Powerpuff Girls Z. He is an ancient demonic being who fought was defeated by the girls who resembled the modern Powerpuff Girls Z team. After being reawakened by black Z rays, he became the most powerful enemy of the Powerpuff Girls Z.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- He used the mummy to steal the Powerpuff Girls Z powers to release him in the box.
- Once his Black Z Ray revealed the Powerpuff Girls Z's identities, he told Mojo Jojo to destroy the Powerpuff Girls since they were weak.
- He put a Black Z ray on the lollipop and once the girls lick and eat it, they turn into babies.
- He attempted to burn a town with a lot of people in it until he was stopped by another version of the Powerpuff Girls.
- He put a ghost of Suna Yoshi the mischievous leader of Japan in the past on the mayor so that the Powerpuff Girls won't fight the other villains and they would be sent to jail if they do not follow him.
- He threatens the Powerpuff Girls Z to get the Artic Diamond, a dozen unpainted easter egg, and a fire demon crystal shard to save the Professor, Ken, and their dog when in reality he just used them to run sirens when the Professor and Ken wants a haircut.
- He stole Chemical Z in their laboratory, and he even tried to steal their equipment so they can't beat him.
- He sent the other villains to a hotel and teamed up with him to take over Townsville.
- He pinches all the other villain's hands and pinches Mojo Jojo's hands twice because they let the Powerpuff Girls escape instead of destroying them. He tried to torment Poochy with a screwdriver.
- He sent Fuzzy Lumpkins, Mojo Jojo, and Rowdyruff boys in the past where the Powerpuff Girls Z are to try and kill them.
- He tricked and betrayed the other villains by the other villains give them their black Z rays to him in exchange for their brand-new superpowers.
- He started a volcanic eruption that is so severe it was destroying Townsville and tried to kill the Powerpuff Girls Z with it.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is too comedic especially in this series compared to his orginal counterpart and his 2016 reboot counterpart.
- He did show some regret on pinching Mojo Jojo's hands twice while he only pinches the other villains' hands except Mojo once.
- He does care for his black Z rays as we don't see him getting mad at them or we don't see him bad-mouthing them.

- This is only for the Powerpuff Girls Z version since the original and the 2016 reboot version are Near Pure evil wiki for being less comedic and having less redeeming qualities.
