Commander Harland is the main antagonist of The Garfield Show episode "Planet of Poultry". He is the founder and owner of a popular fried chicken fast food chain called Neptunian Nuclear Chicken, wanting to expand it by creating more restaurants, but chicken supply is running low, so he along with his assistant go to Earth, planning to turn every animals into chickens, and sell them after cooking them.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- He uses a special ray which he uses to turn everybody Earth, human or animal, into a chicken so he can kill them by frying them up and serving them as food in his restaurant.
- This is the highest attempted kill count in The Garfield Show, as it easily murder of billions and essentially genocide.
- He is greedy as he wants to keep increasing the amount of restaurants to keep making profits off of them, where he has no qualms committing mass murder to achieve it.
- After realizing that Garfield survived being hit by the radar ray after Garfield sneezes from going behind a chicken, he chases Garfield onto the giant egg ship, and chases him in there desperately trying to turn him into a chicken to fry him, only for him to be turned into a chicken.
- He made a deal with Garfield in order to keep himself from staying as a chicken and getting cooked by his assistant.
- He doesn't care about his assistant, as he regularly yells at him.
- Although he turned everyone back to normal and leaves Earth in the end, he only did so to save himself rather than honor and shows no remorse for his actions. It's implied that he continued his business somewhere else than Earth.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He's too comedic to be PE or even NPE. His plan of turning everybody into chicken so he can serve them as food is pretty outlandish, and he has a few other moments such as Garfield being immune to his ray simple due to eating lots of lasagna, him having a very cartoonish voice and evil laughter, being turned into a chicken himself is also a rather humiliating scene. He also seems to be a parody of Colonel Sanders.
