Ronald, later known as the Monster and ???, is the secondary antagonist of the Airplane series.

What Makes Him Heinous?[]

In General[]

• While Skeletox and Greenbeard were worse than him, he had less resources.

Airplane 4: One last Flight (Sad Ending)[]

• He made a deal with Skeletox where Ronald would crash planes so that Skeletox would revive Ronald's parents.

Airplane 3[]

• He went onto a plane and held the captain at gunpoint, endangering everyone in the plane (though he was stopped by the military).

Airplane[]

• He led the players into a plane in order to crash it with them in it.
• He released snakes into the plane in hopes of them killing the players (though they survived).
• He got some of the airplane crew and the captain unconscious to crash the plane (though the players managed to use autopilot).
• When a player took control of the plane themself to stop the plane from crashing, he incited them to crash it (though they didn't).

Airplane 2[]

• He led the players into a presidential airplane to crash it with them in it.
• He created a lava wall and made it go after the player to kill them (but the players managed to find a room to hide in).
• He sent a lava flood to kill the players but they escaped.
• When the players got out, he chased them, but they managed to hide in the cockpit which a player shot the monster though he didn't die.

What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]

• He was tragic as he lost his parents when he was a child so he made a deal with Skeletox so they could live and he also got a heart attack. While they didn't justify his actions (especially the latter since it happens during Airplane 3, where he’s already evil), they were still played for sympathy.
• He cared about his parents as he was sad they died and he made a deal with Skeletox so they could live.
• He redeemed himself in Airplane 4: One Last Flight where he helped the players and General Poncho stop Skeletox and break the curse.
