"Imperial Will" (帝国の意志, Teikoku no Ishi?) is a theme in Final Fantasy XIV that represents the Garlean Empire as its leitmotif. It was composed by Nobuo Uematsu and arranged by Tsutomu Narita.
The leitmotif has also been incorporated in a number of other tracks.

"The Black Wolf Stalks Again" (漆黒の王狼、再び ~エメラルドウェポン破壊作戦~, Shikkoku no Ōrō, Futatabi ~Emerarudowepon Hakai Sakusen~?, lit. Jet Black Wolf King, Again ~Emerald Weapon Destroying Operation~) is an arrangement of "Imperial Will" by Takafumi Imamura that plays as the boss theme in the second phase against the Emerald Weapon in Castrum Marinum and Castrum Marinum (Extreme), as the Weapon incorporates a synthetic auracite core containing combat data based on Gaius van Baelsar.
Both the English and Japanese titles of "The Black Wolf Stalks Again" allude to the track "Bite of the Black Wolf", an arrangement of "Rise of the White Raven". However, they are unrelated musically as they do not share any motifs or themes.
"The Black Wolf Stalks Again" is track 5 on the Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers - EP3 digital mini album and track 56 on the Death Unto Dawn: Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack.
"Wrath of the Harrier" (怒れる悪魔 ~旗艦ダル・リアータ攻略戦~, Okoreru Akuma ~Kikan Daru Riāta Kōryakusen~?, lit. "Home Beyond the Horizon" (帰らん、地平の彼方へ, Kaeran, Chihei no Kanata e?, lit. Can't Return, to Beyond the Horizon), arranged by Daiki Ishikawa, contains the "Imperial Will" leitmotif as well as the motif from Garlemald's field themes. Ishikawa also performed the vocals under the alias "Kavvus daiki Arvina". Since the capital fell into ruin, the music plays over and over again on the radios owned by the Garleans. The music is described by a Garlean refugee to be "an ode to the brave men and women sent to reclaim our ancestral homeland of Locus Amoenus". "Home Beyond the Horizon" is track 19 on the Endwalker: Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack.
"And Love You Shall Find" returns in this expansion and plays in Tertium and in a few cutscenes related to the Garleans.
