Ally: Supply and Demand is an ally quest for Beckett in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders.
Walkthrough[]
Beckett wants the player character to retrieve a supply of modified Buffout from the Blood Eagles to reduce their chances of recruiting new members, after the idea is suggested by Sage during his first visit to the Vault Dweller's C.A.M.P. Go to Dagger's Den, retrieve the Buffout supply from the red steamer trunk in the shack above the brewing station. Watch out for any Blood Eagles that may be at the site and will defend themselves if alerted to enemy presence. Return to Beckett to complete the quest. One of the rewards Beckett will give upon returning is a holotape called The Saga of The Horn, which tells some of the story of how Blood Eagle recruits were tortured. Following this, he decides the time is right to go after the first of the Blood Eagles' triad of leaders, initiating the quest Spilling Blood.

When this quest was first introduced with the Wastelanders update, it took place at Hawke's Refuge and the steamer trunk was found at the interior of the cave itself. Hawke's Refuge was converted into a new location, Dagger's Den, with the One Wasteland For All update, and this quest was adjusted to accommodate for that. The steamer trunk needed for this quest was shifted to the exterior of the cave.
