Go to the map, select "Expedition" and select any destination on Atlantic City. Select Travel to District.

Once there, on the main Appalachia map, select The Whitespring Resort (NOT The Whitespring North Entrance) and fast travel to Whitespring Refuge.

You will fast travel to the destination, even when unencumbered.

You can go downstairs into the Mall to unload your stuff and freely play the game again.

am currently working on a possible fanfic of Fallout 4 with some mods that I play with often thrown in. 90% of the characters I'll be using are my own from previous games (have logged over 1700+ hours [according to Steam}) and have screenshots of the base I'll be using (Sanctuary mainly, with a few outposts I made around the island, as well as the Red Rocket station)

EDIT: It's come to my attention, via Leon in the discord, that I did make one fairly large error while constructing this post, which is that the debate in question was largely sparked by a suggestion to use the Pride Month logo year-round for the purpose of driving off and alienating bigots, as opposed to being instigated by someone questioning whether we should make the change at all.
