After upgrading Ineke to tier two, this note appears inside Milepost Zero, on a table in Windy the cryptid hunter's corner, above Axel's shack.

I have a special request for you. Have you heard of "hanbok?" It's a garb worn by the people of Joseon (that's the old word for Korea, I think!).
My grandfather had a very nice one he wore every chuseok (that's our Thanksgiving!)
It's fallen into disrepair, but do you happen to have any similar fabric? Do you sew? Can you fix it for me? I will pay you in a variety of very pretty Cryptid bones.
Actually, do you think you could attach those to the outfit in some way?
