Note to Sugarplum is a paper note that was removed from Fallout 76.

The note could be found on a desk at Transmission station 1AT-U03. It was removed with the Steel Dawn update, when the Enclave research facility was added to the station.

Sugarplum - I'm headed down to the lakeside to see if I can scrounge up some food and water. I'm taking Pumpkin with me, we should be back by noon. Hopefully I'll be back before you wake up.
