Ultimate Way Big is the Ultimatrix's artificially evolved DNA sample of a To'kustar.
Appearance[]
Ultimate Way Big is almost identical to Way Big in Alien Force and Ultimate Alien. The white parts of his body except for his chest, hands, and face are changed to blue, and he has two curved horns on the left and right sides of his head. The red parts of his body except for his shoulders and cheeks are now white, and the black parts of his body are now red. He is also bigger in size than Way Big.
Ultimate Way Big wears the evolved Ultimatrix symbol on his chest.
Powers and Abilities[]
Ultimate Way Big can shoot a powerful cosmic ray as either projectiles or beams from the outer edge of his right hand by crossing his arms together.[note 1] Ultimate Way Big is also able to create cosmic energy saws that were able to cut off one of Dagon's tentacles.
Ultimate Way Big can spin around fast enough to repel Dagon's laser beams. He can also jump extremely high and fly.
Ultimate Way Big is stronger than Way Big, as he was able to pull Dagon to the ground, who was gargantuan when compared to Ultimate Way Big's size at the time.
Ultimate Way Big has immense durability, being able to withstand Dagon's energy beams.

- Ultimate Way Big first appeared in The Ultimate Enemy: Part 2, where he battled Dagon, but was eventually defeated by the acid rain brought down on him.

- Ultimate Way Big is the last Ultimate Form introduced in Ultimate Alien.
- Ultimate Way Big was hinted on the DVD cover of Ben 10 Ultimate Alien: The Ultimate Ending, where his back is shown, with him facing Ultimate Vilgax.
- If Thomas N. Perkins IV were to be given the opportunity to redesign Ultimate Way Big, he would make him look similar to his regular form's appearance in the Original Series but with extra eyes.[TP 1]
- If Derrick J. Wyatt were to redesign Ultimate Way Big, he wouldn't look anything like the Way Bads.[DJW 1] Instead, he would had amped up his armor and take inspiration from other Ultraman heroes to make him look more upgraded.[DJW 2]
- Ultimate Way Big's design and powers bears a striking resemblance to Ultraman Taro from the Ultraman franchise. His color scheme, however, bears more of a resemblance to Ultraman Dyna.
- Ultimate Way Big leaping into the air with his right fist extended upwards is a reference to the "Rise" transformation used in the Ultraman franchise.
- Ultimate Way Big's body spinning and cosmic disk powers are references to Ultraman's High Spin and Ultra-Slash techniques respectively.
