Zero Kill Count Villains are those have never killed anyone. However some of these villains are still homicidal and some of them may have just attempted to kill. Though the truth is, these villains are quite rare, as most villains have killed someone. Please note that murderers, serial killers, mass murderers, genocidal villains and cataclysm villains can never qualify this category, because they have killed people, while these villains haven't. Their opposites are False Lethal heroes (which are heroes who've killed but aren't willing to) and some lethal heroes.

This is not a redeeming quality as these villains can still be dangerous and irredeemable even without killing anyone. It is also possible for a villain to not kill anyone and still be considered a Complete Monster (e.g Pedro Rezende) or a Near Pure Evil (e.g Mr. Krabs).
