The Employees that work within the facility of the Rainbow Friends are the unseen overarching antagonists of lettucekale's 2022 Rainbow Friends Wattpad fanfiction, Project ODD.
They are the neglectful abusive employees that had abused the Rainbow Friends within the facility between 1990 and 1991. Though they are only mentioned, they had made a lasting impact on the other Rainbow Friends.
Biography[]
The employees were workers of the playplace that is the Rainbow Friends facility. They were implied to be abusive in nature. They restrained the Friends whenever they're needed to shower, physically and emotionally abused them, along with starving them. At some point in 1991, the employees had either quit or abandoned the facility, leaving the other Rainbow Friends to starve. As a result, it caused the Rainbow Friends to be misanthropic monsters, due to the large amount of abuse on them.
It was especially bad for Purple, who was not only abused by the employees (including a time where he tried to escape, only to be beaten and tazed by an employee), but the guests themselves even abused him as well. As a result, it caused Purple to become more incoherent in his grammar.
It is unknown what happened to any of the employees after the facility was abandoned, though its most likely they got away with their crimes scot-free without any consequences.
