Filthy Phil is one of the three secondary antagonists (alongside The Tickler and Lipp Cervas) of the SpongeBob SquarePants episode "Karate Island". He is the one of Master Udon's minions and the guard of the 3rd of the Four Floors of Fear who uses his horrible smell to knockout his opponents.
He was voiced by Rodger Bumpass, who would also later provide the voice for Master Udon in the episode "Ma and Pa's Big Hurrah".
Filthy Phil is an obese fish who is dark green on the back, sides, lips, and pupils. He's also light green on the stomach and chest, and has lime fins.

Karate Island[]
Filthy Phil is one of the guards in Condo Island, with him being located on the third floor of the Four Floors of Fear building. When Sandy reaches him, he tries to use his body odor to defeat her so that she can't get to Master Udon and save SpongeBob, however, because of her helmet, she is unable to smell it. The smell comes to him instead and causes him to faint, allowing Sandy to get to the top floor of the building to save SpongeBob.
