DaikokutenWP (大黒天?), is the Caster-class Servant of Gudako appearing in the parody work Learn More with Manga! FGO. They are a Servant summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru in the Grand Orders of Fate/Grand Order.
Profile[]
Identity[]
While the given the True Name of DaikokutenWP, one of the Seven Lucky GodsWP, the Servant is not the deity himself. They are the servant mice of the god summoned as maids, but they were originally mice who were granted self-awareness and a new purpose by Daikokuten.[2]
Appearance[]
The mice manifest between two to thirty individuals depending on the level of magical energy provided. The first two are called No. 1 (号?) and No. 2 (2号?).[2] No. 1 has blue hair and is slightly taller than No. 2, who has pink hair. Each mouse appears as a mouse-like humanoid with red irises. In Learn with Manga! FGO, their scleras are black, but are white in Fate/Grand Order. Their height, weight, and hair color differs between each individual, though all are short by human standarts.
In the first Ascension, the mice wear a maid uniform and a suit in the second. In the third, they wear a nurse uniform and their pupils glow yellow.
Personality[]
While they each have individual differences, the mice are all equally kind and devoted workers. While they cannot distribute their servitude far and wide, they want nothing more than to grant their master's wishes. Likely because of this, the mice have taken to wearing maid outfits, as it suits their calling. As his servants, the mice rever Daikokuten and wish to serve him eternally. Even as Servants, they view him as one who stands above their Master as a Master of Masters.[2]
However, their core nature as mice is ever-present and are not the perfect maids as they can act careless, single minded, and rash.[2]
Relationships[]
- Tamamo Cat
- No. 2: "I wonder what's with that self-proclaimed Cat, but she isn't at fault. It's aaaaall cats' fault."[3]
- Wu Zetian
- No. 1: "I feel some sort of connection with that lovely miss. She is not fond of cats. What a really wonderful thing!"[3]
Role[]
Learn Even More with Manga! FGO[]
Caster is one of four Udon Servants created by Leonardo da Vinci with the intention of keeping the story of the comic busy. Found by Jeanne and Nitocris while still an udon larva, they decide to feed it to recovering Gudako in lieu of having to gather ascension materials to raise it. Caster later manifests to take care of Gudako despite having been eaten, constantly giving her rice balls. This causes Jeanne and Nitocris to begin to compete with Caster for their Master's attention.
Fate/Grand Order[]
Event: Serial Genesis Days: Mississippi Mythicizers[]
Abilities[]
In Learn with Manga! FGO, the mice are depicted as numerous but weak, since they are all 1-Star Servants.[4][5] As the Servant of Gudako, they focus on propagation, nursing their Master back to health, and feeding her Master an abundance of rice at all times.[6][7] Through this feeding, and a modification surgery, their Master was transformed into an engorged, giant Caster-class Servant carrying a sack and the Mallet of Good Fortune.[5]
In Fate/Grand Order, the number of mice increases or decreases depending on the amount of magic energy, but the maximum number of individuals is about 30 when their Pure Land of Mice is activated. Each individual has its own will and personality, but memories can be shared between them. Although they can telepathically communicate with each other, it requires a great deal of mental concentration, and distractions can quickly end up disrupting the connection.[2]
