Charlie Uggo (/ʒ/ oo-ZHOH) is a recurring character in The Really Loud House. She was a transfer student of Royal Woods Middle School before moving back to Tennessee.[1] She's also the ex-girlfriend of both Rusty Spokes and Lincoln Loud.

Biography[]

Prior to when Charlie moved from Tennessee to Royal Woods, her father became the victim of a factory fire where he presumably worked and ended up losing his job. This motivated her family to move to Royal Woods.

After moving to Royal Woods, Charlie was enrolled as a student in Royal Woods Middle School, where she had a profile on her documented by the Action News Team.[2] However, during the interview, Lincoln found himself unable to focus due to being smitten by Charlie's attractive appearance, causing him to make inappropriate remarks about her past. In the end, he ended up admitting to having a butt pimple, and Charlie left the interview, knowing the embarrassment that was being left on the interviewer. Later on, she delivered Lincoln's homework to his house and left after noticing that he was wearing an adult diaper due to Dr. Simmons having popped his butt pimple. While this did end up causing more humiliation for Lincoln, he plowed through it by giving a speech on Real Talk with Rusty. Charlie was among the people who listened to his speech, and this resulted in their relationship being improved. The next day, Lincoln offered to take Charlie to Auntie Pam's Parlor, and she accepted the offer since Rusty Spokes was about to take her there, too, to celebrate his interview. However, she ended up leaving with only Rusty, as Lincoln decided to stay behind.

In "I Wanna Hold Your Hand", Lincoln interacts with Charlie as he tries to ask her out to the Kangaroo Hop. After failed attempts at it, Lincoln is finally asked by Charlie after she saw Lincoln talking about how he loves her. She does mention that she broke up with Rusty which he failed to mention causing Lynn Loud Sr., Howard McBride, and Harold McBride to react with disappointment.

In the two-part episode "The Princess and the Everlasting Emerald: A Royal Woods Fairytale," she moves back to Tennessee. He was able to get her the everlasting emerald after his family saved Flip's Food & Fuel from destruction at the hands of Walter Phillipini.

In "All Is Fair in Love and Sleepovers", Lincoln uses different technologies to have Charlie partake in his sleepover with Clyde, Rusty, Liam, and Zach. In addition, Charlie had mailed them some treats that her grandmother made. Clyde started to get jealous of Lincoln spending time with Charlie through his technologies. Charlie disconnected when her mom wanted her to start on her homework. By the end of the episode, Charlie calls up Lincoln when he and Clyde were about to ride down the stairs. Lincoln states to Clyde that he'll call her back later.

In "The Tennessee Surprise: Love Is in the Air", Lincoln embarks on a mission to Tennessee to surprise Charlie with a hot air balloon ride on her birthday, February 26. He has Clyde pretend to be a radio announcer to tell her she has won a hot air balloon ride. However, Charlie has since found a new boyfriend in Marcus and has tried to inform Lincoln, but he keeps hanging up on her calls (Lincoln only did that because he didn't want to ruin the surprise for Charlie). He gets to Tennessee on February 26, but finds out about her new boyfriend. Lincoln, Clyde, Charlie, Marcus, and Mr. Bolhofner end up set adrift into a balloon by the dog that Mr. Bolhofner's ex-wife claimed from him that the dog still hates Mr. Bolhofner. While in the air, Lincoln does ask Charlie how she and Marcus met. Lynn Loud Sr. later received a text from Lincoln about what happened and states that Mr. Bolhofner has predicted that the balloon will land somewhere outside of Cleveland causing both families to go pick them up. As Charlie and Marcus are taken home by Charlie's parents, Charlie and Lincoln wave a sad goodbye to each other.
