Electric Purple Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance[]

Electric Purple Chao have black, pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have large eyes, no noses or mouths, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms nor feet have digits. They also have a floating purple dot above their heads, purple tipped arms, head points and feet, a purple ring on their torso, a short and round tail, and a small set of wings on their backs.

Overview[]

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Electric Purple Chao is a collectible pet of the "Epic" rarity. It can be unlocked at the red vending machine in Chemical Plant. When purchasing from this vending machine, the player has a 15% chance of getting a Electric Purple Chao.

In gameplay, Electric Purple Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, Electric Purple Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Electric Purple Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Electric Purple Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Electric Purple Chao by collecting five Electric Purple Chao, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Electric Purple Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities[]

Electric Purple Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
