Jeff Pfister and Mutt Nutter are major antagonists in American Horror Story: Apocalypse, the eighth season of the horror anthology series.

Jeff was portrayed by Evan Peters, who also played James Patrick March in the show's fifth season, Hotel. Mutt was portrayed by Billy Eichner.
What Makes Them Pure Evil?[]
- They sold their souls to the Devil and joined the Cooperative in exchange for money and drugs.
- They regularly mistreat and belittle their assistant, Miss Venable.
- When Michael Langdon arrives and burns their prostitute to death, Jeff and Mutt show no concern for her, only caring about their own safety.
- They build an android version of Mirian Mead for Michael, then use her to massacre and nearly wipe out the New Orleans witch coven.
- Jeff, angry that someone held him up in traffic, decides that Michael is too soft to fulfill his destiny, and decides that humanity deserves to be wiped out. While Mutt is initially reluctant, he quickly gives in.
- They prey on Michael's insecurities and propose a plan to launch nuclear missiles worldwide, only sparing members of the Cooperative. The plan succeeds, leading to the deaths of about 7 billion people.
- The two came up with the highly oppressive and elitist Outpost system, ensuring that high-ranking Cooperative members such as themselves will stay in power.
- When threatened by Myrtle Snow, the two sell out Michael and the Cooperative to save themselves.
- While they do promote Miss Venable to be the head of Outpost 3, they only did it because they knew she would be up to the task, not because they actually respected her.
- While Jeff and Mutt are best friends, they never show any actual care towards one another, and only seem to encourage each other's toxic traits.
- While they have a lot of comedic moments, not a single one of them detracts, and if anything, their immaturity only adds to how disturbing they are.
