Raita Naito (内藤 雷汰 Naitō Raita) is the CEO of Lightning Tech. He is also the former mentor of Taiya Hando.
History[]
Past[]
Raita first met a young Taiya when he helped him to securely deliver a program developed by Lightning Tech, which inspired Taiya to become a delivery man. From then, Raita became Taiya's mentor, helping him to manage his delivery business and make money out of it.
Bakuage Sentai Boonboomger[]
Raita reunites with Taiya after a long time and asks him to deliver a plushie of Bun Red to a sick son of his colleague, and deliver it with the Boonboom SuperCar to impress the child. When Taiya successfully completes the delivery and even transforms into Bun Red while delivering the plush to the child, Raita figures out his secret identity. TV STORY-Bakuage 11: What The Boy Wants
After congratulating Taiya for being Bun Red, he asks from him to deliver fireworks for his nephew, Senji, who's camping with his friends. TV STORY-Bakuage 22: Lion's Flaming Fury
Involvement with the ISA and the Hashiriyans[]
Raita asks from Taiya to deliver a top-secret package to Lightning Tech's Physics and Chemistry Research Lab. However, after Taiya succesfully delivers it, the package gets stolen by Rebuilding Captain Disrace, who has just arrived on Earth. Disrace opens the package, which contains a metallic exhaust pipe. Meanwhile, Raita goes to talk with Eiichiro Tokoyari and shows concern about the way he let Disrace steal the package, but tells him the he began the process of mass-producing the Boonboom Killer Robo. When Taiya visits Raita to apologize for his package getting stolen, Raita brushes it off and tells him to not dwell on it. He also tells Taiya that the package contained a metal piece from outer space, and shows him a collection of drawings made by children all around the world in retribution for Taiya and the Boonboomgers' help. Right as Taiya and Bundorio Bunderas have finished creating the Champion Carrier, Raita calls Taiya and asks him to deliver the Boonboom Cars to a children's event sponsored by him. As the Hashiriyans intervene and delay the Boonboomgers, Taiya calls Raita to explain this. Raita accepts his apologies and tells them to not hurry, but then calls Tokoyari and updates him on the situation. TV STORY-Bakuage 34: Cars That Carry Dreams
Personality[]
Raita Naito is a cheerful businessman who isn't above using his wealth to help people in need. He's also very proud and grateful of Taiya, whom he keeps calling "young boy" even though he's an adult, and entrusts him in secure deliveries. He's also very humble, as whenever Taiya tries crediting Raita as the one behind his success, he shrugs it off and tells Taiya that children around the world are happy because of him and the other Boonboomgers.

- His name is the reference to American action-adventure television series Knight Rider (ナイトライダー Naito Raidā), with the "dā" kana being made into a "ta" kana.
