The Transformation Cellphone Gokai Cellular (変身携帯ゴーカイセルラー Henshin Keitai Gōkai Serurā) is Gokai Silver's transformation device, created by the ghosts of AbareKiller, TimeFire, and DragonRanger. It works by opening the front screen, placing a Ranger Key into the empty compartment, and pressing the corresponding Ranger button on the device to assume a Ranger form.
It also works as a normal candybar cellphone for Gokai Silver and is used to call upon the GoZyuDrill from the year 3000 A.D. with the TimeFire Key placed inside and pressing TimeFire's helmet three times (0-0-0), and by extension, the GoZyuRex with the DragonRanger Key placed inside and pressing DragonRanger's helmet three times (2-2-2).
Buttons[]
While each of the buttons on the Gokai Cellular represent one Sixth Ranger each, Gai is not restricted in transforming into only Sixth Rangers as they only act as a visual guide for him to access the correct team. For example, if Gai were to place a Core Ranger Color key into the device, he'd only need to press the button for their representing Sixth Ranger.

Bottom Slot[]
By inserting the Gold Anchor Key on the bottom of the Gokai Cellular, Gokai Silver is able to transform into Gold Mode.
Gokai Tsuika Unit
In Twokaizer × Gokaiger, with the continuation of the Super Sentai Series after Gokaiger, Gai possesses the Gokai Tsuika Unit (ゴーカイツイカーユニット Gōkai Tsuikā Yunitto)[1] which includes additional Ranger buttons ranging from the Go-Busters to the Zenkaigers to accommodate for their newly released Ranger Keys. While Gai isn't seen using the attachment, he lends it along with the Twokaizer Ranger Key to Flint Goldtsuiker.

Transformation Sequence[]
Gokai Silver's transformation.
During the regular transformation sequence, the letters X, V, and I (the Roman numerals for 16 referencing him as the 16th sixth Sentai warrior, with the I resembling an anchor) form Gokai Silver's suit — the I the chest logo, the X forms the colored coat, the V forms the helmet and its logo.

The Lupin Collection.
- It is unknown how Gokai Silver is able to change into any heroes whose team do not have a corresponding or representing button on the Gokai Cellular, for example Black Knight in Episode 37 where the device has no element of Gingaman whatsoever.
- The toy version of the Gokai Cellular is not able to produce sounds correlating to non-Sixth Rangers, due to the fact it relies on preprogrammed inputs via buttons rather than recognizing the inserted key like the Mobilates. The inserted key in the Gokai Cellular toy has no bearing on the transformation whatsoever. The gearbox used in the toy version is also notorious for being overly loud to the point it drowns out the sounds made by the toy itself.
- The Memorial Edition of the DX Gokai Cellular released ten years later eliminates the noise issue produced by the gearbox.
- The Gokai Cellular is seen among the artifacts of the Lupin Collection.
TV STORY-Number 1: The Troublemaking Phantom Thief - When Flint Goldtsuiker uses the Gokai Cellular in conjunction with the Gokai Tsuika Unit to transform into Twokaizer, the device specially announces the ranger name "Twokaizer!", followed by playing the standby and transformation jingles from the Geardalinger, a unique case from Gai's normal usage of the Gokai Cellular.
- As evidenced by the toy release, if Gai were to use the Twokaizer key by himself, the usual transformation sounds will be activated, announcing the team name "Zenkaiger!".
- The Tsuika Unit's button icons are arranged in a spiral pattern, with the icons shown following the chronologic order from Go-Busters to Zenkaiger.
