The Administration is a bureaucratic organization stationed within the Kingdom of Madness, composed of hundreds of Administration Agents and the departments they manage; all under the control of the Administrator.
History[]
Background[]
Before the Merge, the Administration existed as a region in the former Realm of Madness, where their corporate work was mostly done with gross incompetence and arduous complexity. It had functioned presumably for ages as waiting lines within the Administration would take years to process; with whole families that date back by several generations would often inherit the same respective place in line.
After the Merge, however, they emerged as the central hub of all bureaucratic activities in the Merged Realms, where they took their self-appointed role of superintending all the combined realms with a degree of seriousness. The Administration would later comprised a group of dedicated denizens from across the realms known as Administration Agents, who diligently worked to ensure that everyone and everything within the Merged Realms remained in line and functioned smoothly.[1]

Trivia[]
- A description for Jay in a issue of the Ninjago Magazine referred to the Administration as a realm, despite it being a region in the Kingdom of Madness.
- One of the Administration Agents referred to Zane as "a form genius" for filling out Forms A1022 and C1101 in a few seconds' time.
- The Administration does not consider Nindroids to be people and classify any who work for them as "equipment, not personnel."[3]
- The Administration has handbooks, some of which are present in the Mailroom, which contain detailed descriptions of their forms and regulations. Zane used this to acquire his "vast knowledge" of the Administration's procedures.[3]
- Several types of forms used by the Administration have been revealed in the series:
- Permission forms (with photographs).[1]
- "Suspected some people but it turned out fine" paperwork.[1]
- "Tricked by fake forms" forms.[1]
- "Defaulting of paperwork to a later date" form.[1]
- Forms to "discuss objects, items, gadgets, and any other such whatzits" (stamped and notarized).[1]
- Forms A1022 through C1101, necessary to acquire a Level 3 Portal Access Punch Card (in triplicate).[1]
- 35-C91 Form ("designating approved intent to breach a wall or barricade on foreign soil"). This form requires a 5-21z Appendix and must be done in triplicate. [3]
- "Intent to breach water" form.[3]
- "Intent to breach walrus" form.[3]
- 9-21C Form[4]
- 51A Form[4]

- Several types of codes and regulations enforced by the Administration have been revealed in the series:
- Regulation 474-alpha-1 ("permission forms (must) have photos").[1]
- Code 69-17 (too many failed portal attempts).[1]
- Regulation 78-34B (the specifics of this regulation are unknown, although it has something to do with detainment).[1]
- Addendum 47-A ("Anyone assisting a known fugitive shall be punished under the strictest guidelines."[3]
