The Super-Skrull Machine is a device built by the Skrulls to replicate powers of other creatures and give them to the targeted Skrull, turning them into Super-Skrulls.
History[]
Construction[]
Working on a way to make Skrulls more powerful, the Rosa Dalton Skrull and the Victor Dalton Skrull worked in New Skrullos on a machine to replicate powers of other creatures in the universe.[1] The machine was constructed within the core reactor control room of the nuclear power plant that melted down in the 1990s. They used the remaining power from the core as a power source for their experiments.[2]
Secret Invasion[]
Before the Harvest was retrieved, Gravik used the machine on himself, granting him the powers of a Frost Beast, Groot, Cull Obsidian, and Extremis.[3] G'iah also used the machine in secret to give herself Extremis, allowing her to survive an attempt by Gravik to kill her, taking the knowledge that she needed from the real Rosa Dalton's mind.[4]
Upon receiving the Harvest from G'iah, who was disguised as Nick Fury, Gravik used the machine to turn himself into a Super-Skrull with "Fury" in the machine alongside him. G'iah then received the Super-Skrull upgrade as well and used her new powers to fight and ultimately kill Gravik.[5]
