High Evolutionary's Prosthetic Mask is a mask created by High Evolutionary, to hide his grotesque appearance after Rocket mauled his face. The face mask was able to mimic his expressions and lip movements and stretched across his head.

Sometime after 89P13's vicious mauling and escape, the High Evolutionary created a face mask with the purpose of mimicking his original face, thus hiding his damaged face. Although, the mask stretched unnaturally across his head.^[2]
