Glaive joins the battle

In 2014, Thanos learned of another universe and used reverse-engineered Pym Particles, to transport himself and his army, including Glaive, through the Quantum Realm to the other universe.

Glaive protesting Thanos' order

Shortly, after arriving, Glaive was summoned to the ruins of the Avengers Compound, along with the rest of the Black Order, Chitauri, Outriders, and Sakaarans and engaged in the battle. During the battle, Glaive used his spear to kill an Asgardian soldier, among others. When Thanos demanded to know where Nebula was Glaive reported that she had ceased communication. Ebony Maw then alerted them both to the presence of Clint Barton, who was in possession of the Nano Gauntlet carrying the Infinity Stones.

Glaive continues on fighting his enemies

After Thanos found himself overpowered by Wanda Maximoff, he ordered Glaive to command the Sanctuary II to fire on the battlefield. Glaive protested that their own troops would be caught in the crossfire, but Thanos screamed at him to do it anyway. Glaive subsequently ordered the Sanctuary II to rain fire on the battlefield.

Glaive is impaled by Okoye

Later, as Captain Marvel led the charge with the Gauntlet to Luis' van, Glaive led Thanos' army in an attempt to stop her from reaching the van, although he was swiftly impaled by Okoye's Vibranium Spear and tossed aside onto the ground.[2]

Legacy[]

DNA Acquired[]

During the Battle of Earth, Glaive was wounded[2] and spilled blood on the battlefield. His blood was collected after the battle by Nick Fury's secret Skrull unit and placed into a vial known as the Harvest alongside other enhanced DNA samples. The Harvest vial was then administered by Super-Skrulls Gravik and G'iah, transferring Glaive's DNA and abilities to them.[3][4]
