Psyche Out! is one of Wario's minigames in Super Mario 64 DS. It is unlocked by getting Wario's rabbit located in the basement, near the Toad.

Layout[]

The minigame is set in Jolly Roger Bay, and even plays the same background music as said location, as well as The Secret Aquarium/Dire, Dire Docks, though it is slower and plays one variation of the track. The Touch Screen has a blue underwater background with bubbles.

Gameplay[]

The top screen shows a card faced backward, and the Touch Screen displays cards of either a Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, Star, Lakitu's Cloud, or a Cape Feather. The player has to choose the correct card that matches the top screen's card. While all the card's images are only black outlines, player will be able to see a brief outline of the card on the top screen to see which is the correct card to choose.

As the rounds go on, more cards will get added, and the image on the top card becomes more difficult to see through. From Level 16 onwards, the player will have to choose from all five cards. If the player gets the first five cards correct, a text comes up saying "LUCKY". If the player gets fifteen cards correct, the text will say "PSYCHIC".
