Atsuro Kawai's Nissan Skyline 25GT Turbo (ER34), known as the Skyline GT-T, the GT-T, or the ER34, is the signature vehicle of Seven Star Leaf leader, Atsuro Kawai and the second Nissan Skyline introduced in the series.
History[]
Atsuro Kawai used this car as uphill racer for his team, Seven Star Leaf. When Project D headed to Momiji Line in Tochigi to challenge their local team, Atsuro was set to race the uphill against Keisuke Takahashi.
After Toru Suetsugu's defeat against Takumi Fujiwara, Atsuro's battle with Keisuke begins. Before the battle, Toru tells Atsuro to not give any space on the inside line, due to how Takumi was able to skip over the gutter during his battle. Atsuro starts the race in lead, with Keisuke following behind. Atsuro's Skyline had the advantage on the straightaways, however he was slow in the corners. Keisuke uses this to his advantage and easily passes him in the straightaway, later explaining that Atsuro's cornering is poor, so he comes out of the corners slower than he could be.

The car is a pre-facelift coupe Nissan Skyline 25GT Turbo, chassis code ER34. It is painted in Dark Blue Pearl.
Engine[]
The ER34 is equipped with a RB25DET[1], a turbocharged engine. Atsuro's ER34 made 400PS[1].
