Relentless (Part Two) (イカれてる奴はどっちだ!? (後編), Ikareteru Yatsu ha Docchi da!? (Kōhen), "Who's The Crazy One!? (Continued)") is the one hundred and ninety-ninth chapter of Initial D.
Plot[]
Takumi and Toru speed down the mountain, coming dangerously close to the walls of the course. Toru is shocked by how closely Takumi is following him, as he's going all out. The narrator explains that the difference between Takumi and Toru is their adaptability in the sections between turns, which is the key to Ryosuke's racing theory. The battle enters it's final stretch.
