Takeshi Nakazato's Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II (BNR32), known as the Skyline GT-R, the GTR, or the R32, is the signature vehicle of Myogi NightKids leader, Takeshi Nakazato. It is the first Nissan Skyline introduced in the series.
Takeshi travels to the gas station where Takumi works in order to challenge him to a battle the next Saturday, giving his challenge to Itsuki Takeuchi to pass on. Takumi arrives for the battle on Akina, with Nakazato wishing to prove that drifting is only for show, and has no benefit when it comes to speed. Nakazato manages to keep his lead, however Takumi slowly closes the gap between them with every corner. The two drivers enter the five hairpins one after another, with Takeshi understeering on one of the turns, due to his tires wearing down, allowing Takumi to pass.
Prior to the battle between Takumi and Ryosuke, Nakazato was involved in an impromptu battle with Keisuke Takahashi on Akina. After the battle, the two of them agreed to a rematch when the Akagi RedSuns head to Myogi. Takeshi takes the lead at the beginning, his car being more powerful on the straightaways. However, Keisuke's FD has the advantage in the corners, allowing him to keep up. The race becomes a rain battle near its end, and in the small downhill section before the finish line Keisuke overtakes and winning the race.
During Emperor's Gunma sweep, Takeshi represented the Myogi NightKids in a hillclimb battle againstSeiji Iwaki. Iwaki was easily able to overtake Takeshi and gains a huge lead before he crashes into the concrete sides of the course.
Live Action[]
Takeshi Nakazato makes a deal with Ryosuke Takahashi that if he can beat all the downhill racers in Gunma then the two of them will race. Takeshi travels to Akina to challenge their local team, the Akina SpeedStars, to a battle. Takeshi races against SpeedStars leader Itsuki Tachibana, winning after Itsuki loses control of his car and crashes into the guardrail. Takeshi is later defeated by an unknown Eight-Six, later revealed to be driven by Takumi Fujiwara, in an impromptu battle on Akina's downhill. Takeshi would go on to challenge the Eight-Six, in a battle that Takumi won.
The R32 is equipped with a RB26DETT, a twin-turbocharged engine. The R32 made 380PS during the battle with Takumi[1], and was later tuned up to 395PS for the battle with Keisuke[2].
