Sun's Percussors

Sun's Percussors (Japanese: 盛夏の神宝 Sacred Treasure of Midsummer) is a weapon skill in the red tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Byleth. When its user's speed is higher than the foe's or the foe's HP is full, Sun's Percussors boosts its user's attack and speed and neutralizes effects that guarantee the foe's or prevent the user's follow-up attacks.
