Tome of Despair

Tome of Despair (Japanese: 破滅の邪書 Evil book of ruin) is a weapon skill in the red tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the fallen variation of male Morgan. Tome of Despair reduces the foe's attack and resistance when its user's HP is not low, and can also apply a number of effects based on the sum of the user's bonuses and foe's penalties.
