Breaker Bow

Breaker Bow (Japanese: 波間の欠片の鋭弓 Sharp bow of a wave gap fragment) is a weapon skill in the bow category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Petra. Breaker Bow grants Canto (1) to its user and allows them to warp near to nearby allies; additionally when its user's HP is not low, it neutralizes their bonuses and boosts their stats and reduces their special cooldown count based on the number of allies in nearby rows or columns with high stats.
