The Angry God's Shield, officially called the Angry Baki Mask, is an item in the one shot In The Treetop Village that Zsasha uses to befriend the Monkeys and attack Circi. It was revealed in Blank Slates 2 to have been stolen from The Void by GenericChallenge.
Appearance[edit]
The Angry God's Shield is a wooden depiction of an ancient Baki. It is slightly curved and has a handle on the back that Raposa can hold on to.
Story[edit]
Before the events of In The Treetop Village, GenericChallenge stole the shield from the Baki Temple due to his anger at Mayo. He took the shield and left it in Jangala for long enough to establish it in canon.
Some time before Zsasha arrived at the Treetop Village, he stole the Angry God's Shield. When he arrives at the Treetop Village, Zsasha meets a troupe of Monkeys that threatens to attack him, so he uses the shield to protect himself. He finds that the monkeys are scared of the image on the shield, refusing to look at it. Zsasha turns the mask around and looks at it, causing the monkeys to see him as a savior, and they bring him to the Monkey King.
In the Monkey King's throne room, the monkeys present Zsasha and the shield to the king. The Monkey Kid walks up to the shield and touches the face of the Baki. Just then, Circi appears, causing the monkeys to believe that he caused the Shadow to appear. Zsasha grabs the shield and hides behind some boxes, and he eventually uses it to push Circi off the edge of the tower.
