The Shape of Nya is the one hundred and eighty-third episode of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, and the third episode of season fifteen.
Plot[]
At the Monastery of Spinjitzu, the reunited Ninja are struggling to determine how the vengestone is being moved, with no word of it being moved by air or through the subway tunnels according to the Serpentine. Jay, still distracted by thoughts of Nya, irks Kai with his attitude, and Lloyd struggles to keep the peace. However, Jay then stumbles upon a possibility: that the vengestone is being moved through a set of unfinished subway tunnels. The group heads underground to investigate, and find a man with a delivery of vengestone shortly before being attacked by Miss Demeanor and her gang.
Unable to use their elemental powers, the Ninja engage the thugs, but the year of inaction has affected both their individual combat abilities and their rhythm as a team. The New Ninja then arrive to join the fight, and swiftly show up the original Ninja by subduing Demeanor and her thugs. The Police Commissioner arrives and thanks the New Ninja for their help in apprehending the villains, much to the consternation of the original Ninja; the New Ninja rub salt in the wound by commenting on the Ninja's failure. They also reveal that they had been on the trail of the buyer of the vengestone shipments, but were prevented from following this latest delivery by the Ninja interfering.
Back at the monastery, Lloyd explodes over the New Ninja, while Kai and Jay actually end up pitting their elemental powers against each other in frustration. Their fight sets off the vehicle bay sprinklers, and they are stunned when Nya emerges from the water and explains her plan to drain her elemental powers. Seeing her struggling to maintain her shape, Zane encases her in ice, and the Ninja begin questioning how they can implement Nya's proposal. Wu objects strenuously upon realizing what Lloyd has in mind, but all the Ninja agree that there is only one being who can help them: Aspheera.
