Vrasku is a minor antagonist in the 2002 film The Lord of The Rings: The Two Towers. He was an Uruk-hai commander of the Legion of the White Hand that served under Saruman. He was an expert archer and fought in the Battle of Helm's Deep.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Vrasku was an Uruk-hai archer who had been injured in battle, having gained a slash from a sword. He earned the respect of Saruman for his excellent aim. He was promoted to the rank of captain and later Supreme Captain, which gave him control of the Uruk-hai scouts and crossbowmen.
Archer Trainer[]
Vrasku began to realize that Uruk-hai crossbowmen were lacking in direct accuracy. With Saruman’s permission, Vrasku was allowed to train the archers. He greatly improved their aim and accuracy, as well as made their crossbows easier to hold.
Battle of Helm's Deep and Demise[]
Saruman commanded Vrasku and many other captains to lead the Legion Of The White Hand To Helm's Deep under the command of General Mog.
After Daskila was accidentally shot by a Rohan archer, the battle of Helm's Deep began. Later on, in the battle, Vrasku and his crossbowmen protected an Uruk-hai battering ram. They managed to kill a few Rohan archers before Vrasku and two other crossbowmen were shot to death by Rohan archers.
