Traffic Violation Chojin is a Devil Chojin who is infamous for finding children who accidentally cause traffic accidents by running in front of cars and brainwashing them with special tickets that he attaches to their clothes before taking them to the Traffic Hell, the place where Devil Chojin drive around
While there, the Traffic Violation Chojin teaches the children the best ways to cause car accidents, much to the annoyance of the other Devil Chojin who have cars such as Atlantis, Black Hole and Stereo-Cassette King.
Soon, Kinnikuman and Terryman arrived to save the children, removing the tickets to turn them back to normal before going to fight him. Traffic Violation Chojin makes cars drive around Terryman, preventing him from reaching him, and throwing tires at Kinnikuman and shooting hot lights to burn Kinnikuman.
Kinnikuman would use his Burning Inner Strength to negate the hot lights and would push Traffic Violation Chojin near a traffic crossing, something that instilled fear in him because of how it prevents traffic accidents. Kinnikuman would grab Traffic Violation Chojin and perform an upside-down version of the Kinniku Buster on Traffic Violation Chojin, slamming him directly onto the traffic crossing and melting his body.
Despite his body melting, Traffic Violation Chojin is implied to still be alive.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin, Traffic Violation Chojin has superhuman strength, speed and durability. Other abilities that Chojin have that Traffic Violation Chojin has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
