Ashuraman is a major antagonist from the anime/manga series Kinnikuman.

Biography[]
Past[]
Ashuraman was born as a member of the Ashura Clan, the royal family of the Demon World. In his youth, Ashuraman would be trained by his master, Teacher Samson who would teach Ashuraman both how to fight and how to feel mercy to those around him.
One day, Ashuraman would be swept up in a river and Teacher Samson would swim in after him, getting Ashuraman to safety, however, Teacher Samson would be swept away and seemingly killed.
Eventually, Satan would approach Ashuraman with an offer to become one of his Six Devil Knights in exchange for the power that would allow him to conquer the solar system. Ashuraman accepted and became a Devil Chojin.
Kinnikuman[]
Ashuraman makes his first appearance alongside his allies during the Golden Mask Arc. Ashuraman, alongside the other Six Devil Knights, appeared to the weakened Chojins after the Golden Mask was stolen, all six were wearing fake Golden Masks and explained that they were Devil Chojins above the Seven Devil Chojin before revealing the decapitated heads of the Seven Devil Chojin who were killed as punishment.
The Six Devil Knights then fused into a gun and shot themselves off into various points in the world with Ashuraman waiting for Kinnikuman.
After Kinnikuman defeated Sneagator and Planetman, he and the Justice Chojin would enter Warsman's body in order to save him and encounter the remaining four members of the Six Devil Knights who square off against the Justice Chojin with Ashuraman fight against Terryman.
Terryman would be beaten up fairly easily by Ashuraman who used his own variation of the Kinniku Buster called the Ashura Buster on Terryman but Kinnikuman saved him, claiming he wanted to stop the Ashura Buster from happening to protect the sanctity of his own signature technique. Kinnikuman wanted to fight Ashuraman but after Terryman pointed out that Ashuraman having six arms made the Ashura Buster better, Ashuraman quickly threw Kinnikuman out of the ring so he could continue his fight against Terryman.
Terryman would use his own arms to rip Ashuraman's arms off, breaking his own arms in the process, however, once the arms fell off, Terryman noticed that they were the arms of the Seven Devil Chojin, revealing that before they died, Ashuraman stole an arm from each of their bodies, aside from Buffaloman whose arms were too strong to remove, to increase his own powers and to save him the effort of growing new arms.
In place of the two arms that Terryman broke off, Ashuraman would grow Terryman's arms, taking them for himself before beating Terryman who was barely able to fight back without his arms. Terryman tried to run away but after Ashuraman used his Tornado Hell to launch Terryman into the air and used the Ashura Buster to try and finish him off, however, he landed on Warsman's heart, cushioning his fall.
Not wanting to let up, Ashuraman would beat Terryman with his six arms but Terryman knows about the way he punches and dodged a punch and managed to get Ashuraman into a leg lock. Soon Warsman's body started to shake from the damage to his heart, making Terryman feel awful for what he did, giving Ashuraman the time to escape. Terryman would punch with his rotten arm but another shake from Warsman's body was all it took to make his arms break off entirely.
In order to stop the shaking of Warsman's body was for his heart to take another Ashura Buster, but this would surely kill Terryman who agreed to do so. Ashuraman launch Terryman into the air with his Tornado Hell before using the Ashura Buster, however, the corpse of Buffaloman teleported his arms over to Terryman who used them to stop the Ashura Buster and performed his own slam, hitting the heart hard enough to restart it before Buffaloman's arms were teleported back to his body.
As the count started, Ashuraman rushed to get back into the ring to win the fight by technicality but ultimately, Terryman would prevent Ashuraman from getting back in the ring, resulting in the match being considered a tie. Terryman passed with his legs locked around Ashuraman who couldn't break free.
Once Akuma Shogun appeared, Ashuraman, because he tied in his fight instead of losing, was the only member of the Six Devil Knights to not be absorbed into Akuma Shogun's armor. Ashuraman would follow Akuma Shogun and would fight the Justice Chojin before him.
Ashuraman would defeat Warsman before being tasked with fighting Kinnikuman.
Despite Ashuraman managing to defeat the Kinniku Buster, he still lost the fight and was decapitated by Akuma Shogun before having his body absorbed into his armor.
Kinnikuman (2011)[]
Once the Perfect Chojin appeared and after Akuma Shogun opened the way to the Chojin Graveyard, the Six Devil Knights charged in and all went through different doors with Ashuraman going through Justiceman's door, appearing in the Demon World, his home.
Justiceman would mock Ashuraman's family lineage for being built when they defeated Justiceman's student Milosman and stole his arms, something that Justiceman views as pathetic, not for killing and tearing the arms off of his student, but for using the arms of a fallen Perfect Chojin. Ashuraman mocked Justiceman back before televising their fight to the rest of the Perfect Chojin, Devil Chojin and Justice Chojin.
Justiceman would battle against Ashuraman, overpowering him at every turn and revealing that he could read all of Ashuraman's moves because of the genetic data that Milosman's arm had left on Ashuraman's bloodline. Justiceman would start tearing off Ashuraman's arms one by one until none were left, at which point Ashuraman would summon the arms of the deceased Devil Chojin to use.
With these new arms, Ashuraman became able to finally harm Justiceman and each attack that Ashuraman landed was more powerful than the last, making Justiceman begin to see the potential of non-Perfect Chojin. Justiceman was enraged by this and seeing how the world could be thrown into chaos by the new strength of the Chojin, he started to tear off Ashuraman's arms and caved in all of his faces.
This seemingly killed him, however, at the beginning of the Omega Centauri's Six Spears Arc, it is revealed that he survived his fight against Justiceman.
Kinnikuman Nisei[]
Note: The events of Kinnikuman (2011) are seemingly non-canonical to the events of Kinnikuman Nisei
In the aftermath of the Survivor Match for the Kinniku Throne Arc, Ashuraman would marry another demon named Ivonne and the two would have a son named Shiva.
Their lives would be peaceful until Shiva learned of his father's dark past as a member of the Devil Knights and would become obsessed with Satan which would result in him becoming a much more evil person, even going as far as to attacking his opponents after they're knocked out and mutilating animals such as insects and chickens.
This would all end when Shiva would murder Ivonne and would blame the evil blood he inherited from Ashuraman. Ashuraman would then murder his son out of grief and to get revenge for his wife's death. This tragic event would lead Ashuraman to despise the concept of children and passing one's genes down to the next generation. This would make Ashuraman easy prey for Akuma Shogun's corruption who would hand Ashuraman a General Stone which would power him up and give Ashuraman his youth back, making him the leader of the Demon Seed who would work to resurrect Akuma Shogun.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Chojin Physiology: As a Chojin granted strength by Satan, Ashuraman has immense strength, speed and durability far above most other Chojin who already have the ability to perform superhuman feats. Other abilities that Chojin have that Ashuraman likely has is the ability to grow to be as large as a building and the ability to fly without wings or thrusters, even in the vacuum of space.
- Arm Theft: Ashuraman is able to take the arms of anyone he wants, using them in place of his standard six arms. He can do this either by ripping them off the body of someone or by teleporting them to his side. The only downside is that if the person whose arms he stole is still alive then they can fully manipulate their stolen arms.
- Tornado Hell: Tornado Hell is one of Ashuraman's signature techniques where he waves his arms around to create a tornado that is launched at his opponent. This is used to either damage the opponent or launch them high into the air.
