Shawi

Shawi is a supporting character in Arc 3: A Crisis on Both Worlds of the W.I.T.C.H. comics.

Plot[]

Shawi is an elderly woman who lives on the planet of Arkhanta who leads the nearest town to the Scarlet Stronghold. The W.I.T.C.H. girls tried to enter the Scarlet Stronghold by joining a feast in honor of their ruler, Ari. They met Shawi while wandering around the town of Urdath. She asked the girls to help them prepare the black grapes. Later the girls asked her how Ari became famous and the legend of the banshees.^[1]

When Ari sent a hurricane, Shawi, together with her people, was taken by the Guardians under a fault to save them from the disaster. In the end, Shawi and the people of Urdath suffered great loss, but once they returned to Kandrakar, the Oracle told the girls that the inhabitants of Urdath were already rebuilding their town.^[1]
