The map of portals is an ancient map given to Hay Lin by Yan Lin that can show the locations of portals.

Plot[]

TV series[]

A knight long loyal to Prince Phobos grew tired of serving, so he ripped part of the map and took it, the part showing Heatherfield on Earth; following this, it was given to a Passling before it ended up in Yan Lin's possession.^[1]

Yan Lin found it while cleaning out the attic and gave the map to Hay Lin.^[1] Once the Heart of Kandrakar absorbed the Seal of Phobos, the Portal Map became useless to the W.I.T.C.H. girls as they no longer needed to look for portals since the Heart could open them on its own.^[2]

Powers[]

TV series[]

It displays and locates portals to Meridian, when the Heart is held over it. It is only part of a map, the part that shows Earth.

Comics[]

In comparison to its TV series counterpart, the map in the comics is pretty useless because it only shows portals after they have been found.^[3]
