Smack to the Top! Hit the Nails (Toy Hammer Treasure for short) is a stage in Treasure Road, found in Originull Wasteland. This stage tasks Kirby with completing a challenge revolving around the use of Toy Hammer, hitting nails as he climbs a tower. The stage is unlocked after rescuing 5 Waddle Dees in Originull Wasteland. In order to play this stage, Kirby needs to have acquired the Toy Hammer ability. It is marked by two stars of difficulty and has a stage time of two minutes (one and a half minutes in Wild Mode), with a target time of 40 seconds.
Stage details[edit]
This stage consists of a wide platform with a tall tower in the middle. Along the tower, there is a series of nails, which Kirby needs to hit in order to make his way forward. As Kirby hits the nails, he will be led up the tower via platforms on its periphery. Once he is at the top, hitting the last nail will lower the platform holding the Rare Stone.
Tips[edit]
The following are tips on how to attain the target time for this stage:
- To keep on the move, Kirby should be using aerial hammer swings to hit most of the nails along the path. For each of the platforms on the tower, one jump and one swing per nail and platform is all it should take. However, it is okay if Kirby slips up a little, since the target time is not too strict.
