Pierce the Floor! Up-and-Down Tower (Cone Mouth Treasure for short) is a stage in Treasure Road, found in Redgar Forbidden Lands. This stage tasks Kirby with completing a challenge revolving around the use of Cone Mouth, first breaking the floor to descend, then breaking water pipes to ascend. The stage is unlocked upon rescuing 21 Waddle Dees in Redgar Forbidden Lands. It is marked by two stars of difficulty and has a stage time of two minutes and 30 seconds (two minutes in Wild Mode), with a target time of one minute.

Stage details[edit]

In this stage, Kirby makes use of Cone Mouth to first break through a series of holes in the floors to travel down a large tower, and then bust water pipes to find a way back up again. On each floor, Kirby will need to deal with a number of enemies and/or move along moving platforms. Near the bottom, he needs to defeat a couple of Tortorners to make his way through and then start riding the water spouts back up to reach the Rare Stone back up at the top, on the opposite side of the fence from where he started.

Tips[edit]

The following are tips on how to attain the target time for this stage:

  • To reach the target time, Kirby may want to ignore fighting most of the enemies, and instead head straight for each main target on each floor.
