“	As the shed doors opened, the miss started to clear, It wasn't the black Smith Engine. well at least not anymore. What was their was a vengeful modified and undead engine. With eyes described by trucks as "More evil then the devil himself." With the managers ripped off head attached to his buffer, All the trucks could do was watch the masked engine charge into the shed and see their blood and intestines splatter all over the windows and hear the screams of the engines and the drivers being finished off by burned alive with his flame thrower.	„

Smoother the Masked Engine was a minor antagonist in Five Nights at Smudger's 4: Engines at War, and the titular main antagonist of Smudger's 5: Wanton brother. He is the older undead brother of Smudger, Jennings and Rheneas.

Long ago before the events of FNaS 1 Smudger and Smoother both worked on a railway together. Smoother always wore a mask to protect his face from sparks and loved his job. He was the manager's favourite engine, much to the dismay of the other engines who would call him names. He however never let them get to him. One day the other engines tried to pull a prank on him however they set the shed on fire killing him in the process. The other engines blamed him for the accident and the manager believed them and sent Smoother of for Scrap. Smoother's Driver was livid about this and so did something about it. He took Smoother's body and put back together so he could get revenge and he started by killing the manager and attaching his head to Smoother's right buffer and a few months later on one foggy night he returned and killed the Engines that had killed him and their Drivers by Killing them and Burning them alive.

Appearance[]

Like his brothers, Smoother is a Fletcher Jennings Class Bb. What sets him apart is the modifications made to him such as a crudely strapped together funnel and a large blood stained spike where his coupling used to be. He of course wears his trade mark mask from which can be seen to eyes. one eye is normal but the other one is a flaming fiery red with a white pupil. He also has his manager's severed head stuck on his right buffer and his left one is converted into a flame thrower. there are red spikes surrounding his mask.

Personality[]

Smoother is mute throughout his appearances so he has no defining characteristics and so his personality is difficult to determine. However Judging by Smudger's words he was said in life to be very happy and passionate with his work as well as possibly major self confidence as he didn't let the other engines bother him. In death on the other hand he is vengeful psychopathic and blood thirty with no mercy who is not afraid to get his buffers dirty.
