Ronald "Ron" Jakowski is one of the three tritagonists of Grand Theft Auto V, (along with Dave Norton and Jimmy De Santa) and a major character in Grand Theft Auto Online. He is the paranoid, drug addict, conspiracy theory-loving CEO of Trevor Philips Enterprises along with Trevor Philips himself.
He was voiced by David Mogentale.
Personality[]
As for mentioned, Ron is extremely paranoid, being given the nickname, "Nervous Ron", through Trevor. Ron is also easy to manipulate, especially through conspiracy theories and his "best friend" Trevor Philips. Ron is also have been shown to use drugs to solve his psychological problems, which was most likely recommended through Trevor.
Despite being easy to manipulate, Ron has some level of intelligence, especially when compared to his co-worker, Wade Hebert. Despite, calling himself an "independent thinker", Ron contains a strong fondness for Trevor, being compared to a "remora" when Trevor was being compared to a shark.

Background[]
Ronald Jakowski was born in the Midwest who had once worked as an accountant, most likely in San Andreas. Around this time, Ron had been married to an unnamed woman for 12 years, that is until his "best friend" Trevor had manipulated Ron into having a divorce with his wife in order to make Ron the CEO of Trevor Philips Enterprises after Ron becomes hooked on his conspiracy theories.
Events in Grand Theft Auto V[]
By 2013, Ron is still working with Trevor Philips, along with third-in-command, Wade Hebert. The three, primarily Trevor start a gang war between them, The Lost MC and The Aztecas after Trevor kills Johnny Klebitz (leader of The Lost) and betraying Ortega (leader of The Aztecas). Eventually, Trevor kills more bikers, along with distributing more drugs and guns, until he orders Ron to be temporary leader of Trevor Philips Enterprises, while Trevor travels to Los Santos along with Wade to relocate Michael De Santa. Afterwards, Ron continues to work with Trevor in order to help him and Michael.
Events in Grand Theft Auto Online[]
Before the events of Grand Theft Auto V, Ron meets the GTA Online Protagonist and is mostly seen working and doing jobs for Trevor. By 2017, Ron has dissolved his relationship with Trevor Philips, now focusing on the drug business entirely and his partnership with the GTA Online Protagonist. Eventually, the protagonist buys a hangar, in which they need to hide the bodies of two agents Ron had killed. Around this time, Ron is nearly seduced by a woman who went on the Blaine County Radio Community Hour podcast, which Ron is known for owning. By the time between 2017 to 2022, Ron still owned some part of the top floor of the Ace Liquor building, hosting parties along with the Fooliganz and their leader, Dax. Before Ron could do anything with the protagonist, the party turns into a shoot-out after The Lost start shooting at them, causing Ron to bail.
