They are scientists, who work at the marine biology lab called the Bureau Of Official Texas Science, and work with Sue Nahmee to help her on her plan to clone all of the citizens of Bikini Bottom and sell them as pets.
Kyle is a man with brown hair, and Phoebe is a woman with long, curly brown hair, and she wears glasses.
They each wear a white cowboy hat, a long-sleeved shirt with flowers and fish, a belt, white pants, and white shoes.
Personalities[]
Kyle and Phoebe are known for being incompetent, lazy, and very dimwitted and despite their lack of Villainy and intelligence, their only villainous act was trying to help Sue clone all of the Bikini Bottom citizens but abandoned afterwards because this led to their stupidity taking over them.
