The Sky Hawk[1] (スカイホーク[2] Sukai Hōku?) is an enemy that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a robot deployed by the Guardian Units of Nations and a member of the Hawk Series.
Appearance[]
The Sky Hawk is nearly identical to a Gun Hawk in appearance, and has twin engines that face forward. It differentiates from the Gun Hawk in that exchanges the hover fan for a pair of fixed wings.
Overview[]
Although the Sky Hawk is unarmed, it is usually found hovering high above, and will ram toward the player once it sees them. It systematically changes its twin engines' configuration for either movement and attempts to hurt the player with its spikes. Upon destruction, it awards the player two hundred points.
Trivia[]
- In page 17 of the "Sonic Adventure 2: Prima's Official Strategy Guide", the Sky Hawk was mistakingly referred to as the "Laser Hawk".
