Mickey "No Loose Ends" is a mafioso within the Springfield Mafia.
History[]
When Homer, Lenny, Carl, and Moe try to put Larry's ashes and the sapphires back into the urn, Mickey "No Loose Ends," who dressed in a police uniform, gunpoint at them and they have been arrested for jewel smuggling. He then takes four of them to get into the front trunk of his car.
Inside the car, Mickey No-Loose-Ends calls Fit-Fat Tony, told him that he had obtained the sapphires Larry had been smuggling. As Mickey No-Loose-Ends wants to do with, Fit-Fat Tony told him to let them go because he doesn't have anything else to do, but he'll decide to kill all of them. As they struggled inside the front trunk, Homer found a flare gun and fired it at him but missed. Due to flare, causing his car to roll downhill until it teered on the edge of a cliff. When barflies hopping out of the front trunk of the car together, Homer didn't make it in time because he was waiting for the signal to jump on "go," not on "three." The car continues rolling down so Mickey can go and finish off by killing all of them, but the burning tree falls on him. That happened, he dropped Larry's urn, which tumbled down the cliff and lodged itself in the car's wheel arch, stopping the car to save Homer from his fate.
