Bruno is seen holding the phone for Fit-Fat Tony while speaking with Mickey "No Loose Ends" regarding Homer Simpson, Lenny Leonard, Carl Carlson, and Moe Szyslak. After he said to let them go, Mickey said, "No loose ends,” meaning that he decided to kill all of them. Fit-Fat Tony, meanwhile, admits that he should be more mindful of his mafiosos' nicknames before he instructs Bruno to pick Connie up from the airport.
